What is your lead time?
The lead time for made to order furniture is approximately 8-12 weeks, and 12-16 weeks for made to order lighting. Our curated selection of In Stock Lighting will ship in 3-5 business days from online order. (We do not accept emailed purchase orders for In Stock Lighting.)
Are bulbs included in my order?
Yes! The appropriate LED bulbs are included in all lighting orders. Replacement bulbs for our fixtures are also available for purchase.
Do you ship globally?
All orders that will ship outside of the contiguous United States will require a custom shipping quote. Please send us an email through the contact form or give us a call to obtain a quote.
Where can I see your products in person?
We endeavor to offer the highest quality product at the most fair prices, and keep our overhead low by forgoing a brick and mortar store. Our designs are available exclusively through our online store. We’ve opted out of the traditional wholesale model to avoid retailer markups and bring our designs directly to you for the best price possible.
We currently do not have a showroom, however we do offer complimentary swatches in our online shop so that you can feel confident in your future purchase with us.
Can your fixtures be wired for European standards?
Our hardwired fixtures are UL Listed for USA and Canada only. For use in Europe, the fixture will be wired and we will run all of our standard electrical tests, but it will not be UL or CE certified. Please us notify prior to placing your order if you would like a fixture wired for European installation.
